It’s time for our very first monthly commission rate rundown! One thing our clients needs help with as a LTK Creator is figuring out which content to share and when. We plan on sharing five new retailers each month that at the time of posting, have high commission rates with LTK.
For this series, that includes anything 10% or higher. Incorporating these higher commission brands is a great way to earn more affiliate income and monetize your content with LTK as an influencer.
*this website uses affiliate links which may earn a commission for purchases at no additional cost to you.
How to Implement These in the LTK Affiliate Program
One option would be to order a few items from these shops and then naturally share them once they arrive with a review. If you’re on a tighter budget, rounding a few up in a collage graphic is a good option as well to earn money with LTK. We do want to note that you should never post a retailer simply because they have a higher commission rate. If you’re an interior design blogger that is suddenly posting about a random jewelry company, you’re going to lose your audience and become irrelevant. But, if it’s a company that’s on brand, in your niche, and you genuinely think your followers would love to see, then it’s a great way to monetize your content as an influencer.
Utilize the “Similar Products” Section of your LTK Post
This is probably the most low-key and one of the easier ways to earn more with LTK. And something a lot of creators often forget! Here’s an example – You’ve got a beautiful chain link necklace you wear almost daily in Instagram stories that you were gifted by your husband two years ago. It’s on the pricier side and while you love linking it for your followers, it’s often sold out or too expensive. This is the perfect example of when an appropriate time to mention Brook & York’s Colette Necklace as an alternative. You can still link the exact necklace, but under “similar products” include this high commission alternative that is a great option for when your original is out of stock or out of budget for the buyer. This is also a great technique if you have thrifted items or older items that can’t be linked anymore. Chances are, between the several high commission LTK retailers listed below, you’ve got some similar items at home you can showcase this week while linking a higher commission item!
Higher Commission Retailers for Affiliate Marketing with LTK
1. Brook & York – 21% Commission
If you’ve never heard of this jewelry brand, you’re in for a treat! This woman led company has a great story and I love that you support a small business by sharing and shopping with them. Not to mention the jewelry is classic and timeless.
2. Marea – 15.4% Commission
If you’re a fashion blogger that shares girly, feminine, and timeless dresses, this is a great small business retailer to check out. Their dresses are absolutely stunning and again, I love that we are supporting a fantastic shop owner. Most pieces range from $100-250 so you’re looking at a $15-30+ payout for each item sold.
3. Naturalizer – 17.5% Commission
I’ve got one pair of Naturalizer shoes in my closet, and they are without a doubt the most comfortable heels I have ever owned. This shoe brand has the best chunky white sneakers, workwear shoes, and flat sandals! Platform sneaker round-ups are super trendy right now so it would be a great move to include some from Naturalizer.
4. Katel Home – 11.2% Commission
If you’re doing any type of home design right now or decorating this is the site to checkout. Not only do you probably have a lot of similar things at home that you could use these links for as similar options, but the selection of absolute classic pieces is unmatched.
5. Learning with Kelsey – 21% Commission
Okay so this is one you really can’t use in the “similar products” category or recommend without trying first but if you’re a Momma or Mom blog you need to check this out! At 21% commission you can reap the benefits of sharing this service with your followers.
*Please note these commission rates are subject to change and certain items/categories may not be included in the LTK commission rate given. This is simply what LTK currently has listed as the retailer’s commission payout and we encourage everyone to do independent research in their own LTK Creator app to determine any stipulations, excluded products, rates, etc.
